Methodology, Research, and Validation
OUR WHITE PAPER
Discover why the MYS method excels in practical, real-world application and why other personality assessments fall short.
“The Master Your Superpowers (MYS) method represents a groundbreaking approach to personality assessment and employee development, one that provides a holistic, interconnected understanding of individuals and their potential. By blending Eastern and Western thought, MYS offers a fresh perspective on how we can cultivate more harmonious, productive, and fulfilling work environments.”

METHODOLOGY
MYS is a personality assessment based on the five-element system of Eastern Philosophy—Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal. After taking the brief assessment, your top two elements are identified and combined to create a unique archetype.
This methodology uses Eastern wisdom to uncover deeper aspects of personality, providing valuable insights into your strengths, challenges, and interpersonal dynamics.

ELEMENTAL QUALITIES
Each element possesses unique strengths and weaknesses. The diagram illustrates these qualities, highlighting how elements manifest in both balanced and imbalanced states.
- Balanced State: Each element exhibits its natural strengths and positive traits.
- Excess State: When an element is overly dominant, it can lead to intensified traits
- Deficient State: When an element is underrepresented, it shows up as weakened or diminished traits.

Psychometric Validation
Our psychometric validation demonstrates the scientific rigor and reliability of the MYS
method, proving its accuracy and effectiveness in assessing personality traits
